In the run-up to their merger into Biovia, flanders.bio and MEDVIA needed clarity and direction. They faced critical choices about what to keep, what to integrate, and how to communicate the transition effectively. The client approached us with the challenge of improving their online visibility. We started with an SEO process, where we developed a strategy to rank higher for their key search terms. After a successful start, it quickly became clear that there was a good match between the client and our agency. Shortly after the SEO optimizations, we also took over the management of their social media, with the task of increasing their presence. The goal is to drive more traffic to the website and boost engagement on platforms to stay top-of-mind. In the meantime, we are also carrying out design work and have redesigned the homepage, among other tasks like customer-facing materials. In the end, we have grown to be their full marketing partner covering all their activities..
